The Future Social Experiences (FUSE) Labs represents the consolidation of three previously independent research and lab initiatives (Creative Systems Group, Startup Lab, Rich Media Lab) into a single applied development team with a common goal of designing, developing and releasing new applications and services that address the rich, real-time and social nature of our everyday lives. Lili Cheng, a recognized thought-leader in social software, and a 14-year Microsoft veteran, leads FUSE Labs as its General Manager.
