The SharePoint Workspace development team has grown from the acquisition of Beverly‐based Groove Networks in 2005 and has been located at NERD since June 2010. SharePoint Workspace 2010 enables collaboration within and among workgroups, improving the productivity of teams and individuals worldwide. It is specifically designed to help SharePoint 2010 users work on their documents and lists anywhere and at any time. SharePoint Workspace is included within Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus, which is used today in organizations of all sizes.
